We're exclusively recruiting a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial team within a technology-led environment. This role offers a strong balance of outbound business development and hands-on sales support, working closely with experienced Field Sales Representatives to drive new revenue and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Business Development
* Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling
* Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
* Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify potential opportunities
* Book high-quality first meetings and demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives
* Accurately track all activity and lead progression within the CRM
Sales & Pipeline Support
* Support Field Sales Representatives with opportunity administration and CRM updates
* Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders
* Produce pipeline and activity reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
* Prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials
* Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development with a strong outbound focus
* A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
* Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
* Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach

* £40,000 base salary
