Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take over their established SEND desk in Northampton. This is a warm desk with existing relationships, but there is a strong expectation to develop and grow the business further.

The Role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
* Develop business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
* Source, screen, and place suitable candidates in SEND settings.
* Conduct candidate registrations in line with company regulations.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate placement to aftercare.
* Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets and financial goals.
* Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
About You
* A background in education, with a strong understanding of SEND.
* Previous recruitment experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
* A proactive and driven mindset with a passion for developing business relationships.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
