We source, refurbish and distribute thousands of units every month across Amazon, eBay, Back Market and direct B2B channels while driving the circular economy with sustainable IT solutions.
Our fast-paced, purpose-driven team operates across the UK, UAE, China and Europe, and we are building further into the United States. We run on ISO-aligned systems, WAMITAB and CIWM standards, with industrial refurbishment, international logistics and unique in-house processes that enable us to scale margins and performance.

This Role Demands More
This is not a routine sales or purchasing position. It is one of the most commercially significant roles at XUM and it requires both experience and ambition.
You will be trusted with large budgets, high-value stock and responsibility for expanding our reach in the United States. You will lead a team, negotiate across global markets and make decisions that directly shape the company’s growth.
