Overview:
Never Fully Dressed is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PR and Marketing Assistant. As a rapidly growing fashion brand, we specialise in creating stylish, versatile clothing for women who are unapologetically themselves. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our PR and marketing strategies, helping to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the PR and marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Maintain and update media contact lists, fostering relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships.
- Monitor media coverage and social media platforms for brand mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement or outreach.
- Assist in the coordination of brand events including press events, trade events, in store launches, product launches, influencer & celebrity collaborations, managing logistics and operations.
- Oversee the development of brand marketing materials ensuring consistency with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in PR, marketing, events, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
