About the Mid-Markets team
The Mid-Markets team works with privately owned businesses. In the UK, we support over 13,000 such businesses, ranging from entrepreneurial startups to multi‑million pound turnover international groups.

About the role
As a graduate trainee, here is what to expect during the three-year training contract:
Year 1:
* Master the art of auditing: Learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies.
* Financial statements: Develop an in-depth understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
* Work side by side with clients: Be immersed in the business world by working directly with a variety of diverse companies and understanding their operations and challenges.
* Build relationships: Connect with key stakeholders both with clients and internally across teams; gather information and foster professional relationships.
Years 2 and 3:
As you progress, you will take on increasingly complex audits (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments), lead audit engagements, and mentor junior team members. You join as a permanent employee, and the three years mark the beginning of your career with Forvis Mazars.

Learning and development
Fully funded professional qualification for this role: ACA. Our culture includes coaching, mentorship, and one-on-one guidance to help you grow, belong, and make an impact.
