About the Role
My client needs an experienced Senior New Homes Consultant for a successfully running development in Kew. The site is performing exceptionally well with strong sales, and we're looking for someone ready to step up.
The opportunity: Join now as Senior Consultant, then move into a Project Sales Manager position on upcoming future developments.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Managing sales on a busy, fast-selling development in desirable Kew
 * Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into sales
 * Achieving sales targets on a site that's already selling well
 * Supporting junior team members and showing leadership
 * Building relationships with agents, brokers and solicitors
 * Managing your own pipeline and hitting your numbers
What We're Looking For
 * At least 3 years in new homes sales with a solid track record
 * Experience hitting targets consistently
 * Worked on busy sites and know how to handle volume
 * The ambition to move into management – this is key
 * Good people skills and a professional approach
Ideally (but not essential)
 * Experience in the London market
 * Some leadership or mentoring experience
