The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, while guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues. xsngvjr Your role will include:
Acting as a role model and leading shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Building strong, positive relationships with young people
Supporting education, leisure activities, and daily routines
Contributing to care planning and safeguarding responsibilities
What were looking for
You must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in residential childcare
Ability to manage challenging behaviour with resilience and professionalism
Flexibility to work long day shifts (7am10pm) and participate in sleep-ins
