We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive user acquisition, creator onboarding, brand awareness, and community growth.
Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Flixsy's user base and creator community.
The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing app downloads, user engagement, and creator participation across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
Grow Flixsy's presence across social media platforms
Create and manage engaging content and promotional activities
Support creator acquisition and onboarding initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
Assist with influencer and partnership outreach
Help drive app downloads and user engagement
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or growth marketing
Understanding of mobile app marketing strategies
Knowledge of content creation and audience engagement
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with social media advertising is desirable
Interest in the creator economy, live streaming, or social media platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
* Skilled in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing tools
* Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

* Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
* Proven ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
