We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team in central Leicester and are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are keen to develop professional skills and gain hands-on experience in a team-based environment.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build confidence, communication skills and customer-facing experience, with structured training and ongoing support provided.
About the Role
Working across field-based sales and marketing campaigns, you will help represent charitable and commercial clients, engaging with members of the public and delivering a positive customer experience.
You'll be supported through one-to-one coaching, team meetings and continuous development to help you grow within the role.

Office based in the heart of Leicester with daily meetings and development sessions.
Immediate Start Available
Full-time equivalent availability preferred.
4-6 Full days (Monday-Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with members of the public through face-to-face campaigns
* Representing client campaigns in a professional manner
* Explaining services clearly and answering questions
* Delivering a positive and memorable customer experience
* Working with mentors to develop communication and engagement skills
* Attending team meetings for coaching and performance support
What We're Looking For

* Available on a full-time equivalent basis (Monday–Saturday)
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
