12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial:focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
:
Team leadership and customer service.
:
KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.

Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Product knowledge.
:
Good English skills/understanding.
:
Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the stores needs and acting accordingly.
