* To manage and lead CAPEX projects.
* Manage small-medium sized projects independently, ensuring safe and efficient project implementation.
* Represent Natural Innovations in meetings on and off site as required.
* Keep project documentation up to date as required
* Budget Management.
* Monitor and control contractors to ensure safe and effective working, ensuring induction documentation is completed and contractors are controlled.
* Liaise with the site engineering team to ensure effective communication of project goals and objectives.
* Communicate project programmes and requirements to the business stakeholders.
* Keep project stakeholders up to date with project progress.
* To take charge and implement project mechanical and electrical tasks.
* To help design machinery and systems including building updates as required
* To investigate new machinery and technology which could be used throughout the business.
* To keep up to date with food technology and production research and development in the industry, attending exhibitions and shows as required.
* Train production team members as required in the implementation of projects.
