EQUIDRY a fast-growing equestrian brand based in the Devon, built around a simple idea: to create waterproof clothing that really works! Through our success with EQUIDRY, our sister band, Drywalks was born to offer the same high quality, durable coats to dog walkers and those that love the great outdoors. Every piece is designed in-house before being shipped to customers worldwide through our websites.
While currently doubling its revenue year on year, over the next 5 years we're aiming even higher with expanding our collections, a global strategy, and deeper CRM-led customer relationships. Combined with our relentless focus on product and brand identity, we’re aiming to grow revenue from 7-figures to 8-figures.

We're looking for a hands-on Marketer who’s as passionate about horses as they are about hitting KPIs. Someone who can balance strategic thinking with creative execution. Someone who can lead a team and still roll up their sleeves!
Your Mission as Head of Growth
To lead and scale EQUIDRY & Drywalks growth across organic & paid acquisition, retention, conversion, and brand performance. You’ll be in charge of the entire marketing ecosystem, from channel strategy and team building to execution, optimisation, and budget allocation.
You'll have full trust, high expectations, and the opportunity to scale a business from 7 figures to 8 figures in revenue.
What You’ll Own
* Growth Strategy – Architect and implement global, full-funnel growth strategies across all paid and owned channels.
* Performance Marketing – Oversee and scale organic & paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
* Analytics & Optimisation – Build a data-driven culture across the team. Own testing, attribution, and performance reporting.
* Team Leadership – Recruit, inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performance team.
* Cross-Channel Alignment – Integrate paid, CRM, CRO, landing page experience, and creative into one growth ecosystem.
* International Scaling – Own cross-market strategies and adapt creative, spend, and messaging across key global regions.
* Executive Collaboration – Work directly with the founders to shape company strategy and report on growth.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have...
* A genuine hands-on approach and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
* Proven success managing and scaling a single eCommerce brand.
* Experience scaling revenue while improving CAC and MER, not just spending more.
* Deep knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other major performance channels.
* A history of building and leading elite teams, not just agencies or freelancers.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and how to optimise each stage of the customer journey.
* A track record of working closely with founders or execs and owning high-stakes outcomes.
* Obsession with creative strategy, data, testing, and continual iteration.
* Experience in fashion or high-AOV product environments, and global scaling.
