The role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 6 months mortgage or bridging experience, with a keen interest in property. The role of Mortgage Administrator * Broker appointment booking for BDM’s. * Creation of terms * Creating and organising files for each case * Chasing terms that have been sent within specific timescales. * Internal CRM management * Obtaining professional quotes * Instructing professionals (surveyors, lawyers, QS etc) * Liaising with the underwriting team * Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews weekly Due to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
