Outreach Family Support Worker – Early Help Agency Contract | Initial 3 Months (Possible Extension) We’re recruiting an experienced Outreach Family Support Worker to support a busy Early Help service within a large public-sector organisation. This is a frontline, agency role offering meaningful work with children, young people and families using a whole-family, strengths-based approach. The Role You’ll hold complex Early Help cases, including step-down from social care, providing targeted outreach and home-based support to improve outcomes and prevent escalation to statutory services. You’ll act as Lead Professional, coordinate multi-agency plans and work closely with Consultant Social Workers.
