Shift Pattern:
Mon: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-7pm (College and Youth Training)
Tues: 12pm-3pm (College)
Weds: 12pm-3pm (College Matchday/Training)
Thurs: 12pm-3pm (College)
Fri: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-7pm(College Match Day and Youth Training)
Sat OR Sun: 10am-12pm (Youth Matchday)
Sat or Sun (Dependent on age group coached)
Contract: Season (34 Weeks)

Main Duties and Responsibilities
To lead in the delivery of training sessions based on a syllabus.
To run a team including communicating with players, parents, opposition and all other stakeholders.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an exceptional standard as part of OAFC's ethos.
To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.
MUST be available for weekly games (Either a Sat or Sun AM dependent on age group)
To attend termly CPD events
Ideally 25+ so can drive the college minibus for fixtures/training/trips

Driving licence (Must have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)
FA Level 2 or UEFA C
UEFA B (Desirable)
Up to date First Aid Qualification (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Up to date Child Safeguarding (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Clear DBS from the last 3 years (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
