About the Role

As a Learning Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

1. Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support

2. Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND

3. Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities

4. Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

5. Monitor and report on pupil progress

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

6. Have previous experience working in a UK primary school

7. Have proven experience working with children in an educational setting

8. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum

9. Have experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential)

10. Be patient, proactive, and committed to safeguarding and child welfare

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are highly desirable.
