Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary on-going basis
Hourly Rate: £13.18
Working Pattern: Full Time
Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:00
About the Role:
As a Multi-Drop Driver, you will be the face of our client, delivering paint and decorating supplies to decorators and trade customers. Your primary responsibility will be to follow a planned route and ensure timely deliveries within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 3.5T vehicle for multiple deliveries.
Deliver goods efficiently between 5 to 50 drops a day, depending on demand.
Engage directly with customers, providing exceptional service.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain the vehicle in good condition.
Support with general warehouse/store duties when not on the road.
What We're Looking For:
Must be over 21 years old.
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 9 points.
At least 2 years of driving experience is essential.
Knowledge of the local area to navigate efficiently.
Multi-drop experience is a plus!
Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients.
Must have appropriate PPE (Safety Boots/High Viz Jacket).
Flexibility to assist with various duties as needed.
