PE Teacher - Ickenham, Uxbridge (West London)
A large secondary school based in Ickenham, Uxbridge is seeking a PE Teacher to start after half term.
This is a long-term position with the potential to continue until at least July 2026.
The role is full time, although part-time applicants will be considered. Working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match Outer London MPS/UPS.
On-site parking is available for staff.

* Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable), promoting participation, teamwork and resilience.
* Plan and deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons covering a broad range of sports and physical activities.
* Encourage students to develop confidence, leadership skills and a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
* Support extracurricular sport, including fixtures, clubs and school competitions.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated to achieve their personal best.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A relevant degree in Physical Education or related subject
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging practical lessons
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to whole-school life
