The selected candidate will:
* Advise and assist with client and project demands.
* Guide and support in compliance with H&S regulations.
* Coordinate and implement H&S measures for all construction phases.
* Complete administration paperwork and communicate through appropriate channels.
* Develop strategies to ensure smooth flow of H&S information throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs meet safety requirements.
* Advise clients on project practicality concerning CDM regulations.
* Manage multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
* Collaborate with the wider H&S team to promote a cohesive safety approach.
Essential skills, experience, and attributes include:
* Knowledge of construction legislation, CDM, and health and safety regulations.
* Qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction, TechIOSH, etc.
* Membership with IMAPS.
