We’re hiring on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology businesses and a leader in mobile surveillance solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to add three Junior Account Managers to support and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
Our client delivers innovative security technology that helps organisations protect people, property and public spaces. Their solutions range from mobile CCTV and body-worn cameras to intelligent software and full site security services.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll focus on building strong client relationships and supporting account growth. You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and nurturing existing customer accounts
* Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to account management and customer success, with clear progression into a full Account Manager role.
