What You’ll Be Doing
As the go-to person at our Abergavenny branch, you’ll lead a team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure the branch stays profitable and runs smoothly. This fast-paced role involves direct customer interaction with a team of 6 people and one HGV vehicle. You’ll drive sales, boost profit, and ensure top-notch service with safety at the heart of everything. You’ll also work closely with the Benchmarx/Tool Hire RD to coordinate sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing, yard operations, safety, and overall branch efficiency.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every 4 weeks (8:00 am - 12:00 pm). Weekends off where possible.
