Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst
Overview: An opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, growing financial services business, working within a tightly knit team who are responsible for the smooth running of new business opportunities, ensuring the customer experience is as positive as possible.
Responsibilities
* Support loan completion by coordinating between internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders (brokers, valuers, solicitors).
* Manage the full loan process from application to completion, ensuring all documentation and checklists are accurately completed.
* Maintain seamless client experience through clear, proactive communication and efficient handling of queries.
* Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth transactions and repeat business.
* Ensure compliance and accuracy across all documentation, adhering to internal underwriting and quality standards.
* Educate and guide clients on the company’s processes to streamline future applications.
* Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical enhancements.
* Work to tight deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
* Represent the business professionally at broker presentations and corporate events.
* Support team development, acting as a mentor for new starters and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
Ideally suited to someone who has prior experience in a financial services business, ideally in a processing/case management role.
