Role Overview
As Senior Brand Manager, you will shape global seasonal brand plans and lead their implementation across touchpoints with our consumers. Ensuring the Sweaty Betty brand remains relevant, increases awareness, and builds affinity through a marketing strategy aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
* Orchestrate brand storytelling across channels, delivering integrated marketing campaigns in line with the brand plan.
* Partner with the Brand Director to align the brand calendar with strategic initiatives to drive growth.
* Lead the delivery of the seasonal calendar across marketing channels and campaigns.
* Manage a team of Brand Managers specializing in PR & Influencer, Retail, and Digital marketing.
* Oversee key cultural moments, working with agencies and partners to maximize impact and KPIs.
* Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure the delivery of global campaigns and activations.
* Utilize analytics and consumer insights to measure and report on marketing investments.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships with product, performance marketing, and channel teams.
* Manage presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee relationships with creative, PR, and social agencies, and other partners.
* Participate in quarterly business reviews, articulating the brand proposition and market opportunities.
* Translate local ideas into global strategies.
* Support budget management alongside the Brand Director.
* Identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Required Skills / Must Haves
* Experience in Fashion, Sportswear, or related categories.
* Experience managing a team.
* Passion for consumer and category trends.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-starter with strategic and executional capabilities.
* Deep understanding of the marketing mix and all disciplines involved.
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and market execution levels.
