As a Cleaner with Brunelcare you will need to be flexible and ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained within the schemes. This responsibility will allow you to work with the whole team and develop great relationships with colleagues and tenants.
About the role
1. To ensure that, both during and after cleaning, all areas are in a safe condition
2. Be welcoming and helpful to all tenants, visitors and guests.
3. To report directly to repairs desk any maintenance requests requested by tenants
4. You'll be based across 3 sites, therefore a driving license and access to a vehicle is required. The sites you'll be covering are:
Cote Paddock, BS9 1AP
Good Shepherd Close, BS7 8NF
Willowbank, BS10 5HW
About you
5. Able to interact and engage with people living with Brunelcare
6. Keen to undergo training and further development
7. Work well as part of the wider team
8. Able to work flexibly across a number of sheltered housing sites, covering staff absence and able to react to the needs of the business
9. Experience in housekeeping would be ideal but not essential
10. A driving license and access to a vehicle
