We are actively looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning interior design and architectural studio based in Weybridge, Surrey.

About the Role
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Work pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours a week, Hybrid
Working Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm
This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent graduate looking to take their first step into a marketing role within an exciting and inspirational industry.
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing manager with digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing, as well as supporting the wider team when required.
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media content and managing the day-to-day handling of channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
* Consistently monitor, track, analyse and report on performance of social media platforms
* Regularly review and analyse competitor activity
* Keep up to date with new platforms and their features
* Capture photo and video content around the studio and in the showroom to use on social media
* Develop and take ownership of TikTok strategy
* Work closely with the marketing manager and directors to achieve brand awareness targets and increase social engagement
* Be the keeper of the Hill House brand internally, ensuring the team are using up to date templates and branding
* Gain an expert knowledge of Hill House assets including past project imagery etc.
* Support the marketing team with administrative tasks when compiling industry award entries
* Creating email marketing campaigns, ensuing they are engaging and visually pleasing
* Keep online specialist profiles updated for example BIID, SBID, Houzz etc
* Assisting with keeping the e-commerce website up to date
* Understanding of the CRM and stock management systems, and become a champion who can support the wider team with queries
* Assisting the marketing manager with ad hoc tasks
Our ideal candidate would be/possess:
* Further education level qualification, such as a degree relevant to the Marketing role
* Experience with Google Analytics to monitor website performance
* Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office with at minimum, a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
* Consistent attention to detail
* A good eye for capturing photo and video content in an aesthetic and visually appealing way
* Positive outlook and a great work ethic
* Capable of working in a pressured environment with the ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentable
* Able to commute to our Weybridge Studio
* Self-starter with ability to manage their own workload
* An interest in interior design is desirable
