We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Outbound calls to tenants to sell home‑move products, understand customer needs and maximise sales revenue opportunities.
* Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
* Provide an outstanding customer experience, making the consumer’s home‑moving experience as easy as possible.
* Attend relevant compliance, product, and service training.
* Record information in relevant databases and keep the lead portal up to date.
* Explain compliance regulations to tenants and adhere to these processes.
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for tenants.
