We’re partnering with a leading European in-house brand and creative agency delivering integrated campaigns across multiple markets. They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead fully integrated, through-the-line campaigns within their sporting business vertical. This will be a contract role lasting for an initial 2-months with a view to extend. This is a senior, client-facing role working closely with Creative, Strategy and Production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and commercial rigour throughout. Key responsibilities • Lead complex, multi-market campaigns end-to-end • Shape clear briefs and drive integrated creative delivery • Manage senior stakeholder relationships across marketing and agency teams • Oversee budgets, timelines and reporting with production partners • Present and sell creative and business narratives at HoD level and above • Align multiple stakeholder groups to deliver joined-up campaigns What we’re looking for • 5 years’ experience leading large, integrated advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of TTL creative and brand development • Confident influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments • Commercially astute with strong project and budget management skills • Passion for sports or background working within this sector is a bonus! Hybrid working with three days per week on-site in West London, operating INSIDE IR35.
