Job Description:

This role involves providing support and functional consultancy for D365 F&SCM, primarily in a hybrid setup with 2 days on-site per week in Selby. The position is within the Food & Beverage sector, supporting end users with modules related to Finance and Supply Chain. The candidate should have hands-on experience with these modules, though not necessarily expertise in both.

The client, a longstanding company in North Yorkshire, recently completed their D365 Finance & Operations implementation and is expanding from 300 to 600 users. They are building a D365 Hub following an acquisition of another company, with a total of six hubs planned.

The ideal candidate will be the main point of support for D365 F&O, resolving issues and contributing to ongoing improvements. Responsibilities include:

* Providing 1st to 3rd line support for D365 F&SCM users.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
* Managing tickets via support tools.
* Understanding and mapping business processes to D365 functionalities.
* Gathering requirements and feedback from end-users.
* Performing gap analysis and proposing system enhancements.
* Configuring workflows, approval processes, and security roles.
* Supporting testing phases, including UAT and regression testing.
* Maintaining documentation of system changes.
* Acting as a liaison between users and technical teams or vendors.
* Providing user training and post-deployment support.
* Collaborating with project stakeholders and monitoring system performance.
* Supporting data integrity, migration, and regular updates.

Key modules include General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Master Planning.

Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of D365 F&O experience, with good exposure to Finance and SCM modules, and strong understanding of sales orders, invoicing, credit control, and customer accounts. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
