Director of Maths required from 1 September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented, inspirational and driven professional to lead our Maths Department. The successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for sharing their love of Maths, be committed to improving their subject knowledge and teaching practice to achieve impressive progress for all students, and have a track record of achieving rapid and sustained progress and attainment for all groups of students with leadership responsibility.

King's Academy Ringmer is a rural comprehensive with the ethos of "Honesty, Faith, Courage". It is an Eco School and a winner of the Department for Education’s Sustainability award. The Maths team consists of six specialist teachers focused problem solving and ensuring all students make progress.
All posts within the King’s Group Academies Trust are exempt for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and require applicants to declare convictions and complete an Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
