This is an urgent requirement offering an immediate start date. What's in it for you? £18.41 per hour Hybrid working policy Excellent working environment Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality client support, ensuring smooth access to the organisation and partner services. Handle client calls and face-to-face queries efficiently and sensitively. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team and reception. Act as an escalation point for client queries and support staff. Produce weekly reports on client activity and performance against KPIs. Forecast and schedule client volumes, monitoring team capacity to meet demand. Maintain accurate and consistent client records in line with the organisation's policies and GDPR. Line manage, guide, and motivate the Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team. Manage client expectations in relation to funding schemes and eligibility. Extract and analyse client data from the Management Information System, preparing bespoke reports for senior management. Essential Criteria: At least 5 GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent), including English Language and Maths. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the last 5 years providing support to clients with trauma, mental health, or physical health needs. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a line management role, coordinating the work of a team. Experience drafting guidance on processes and procedures for colleagues. Experience building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience producing reports and templates, providing regular updates, and using management information systems to support decision-making.
