As a Graduate Automation Engineer in the Production Engineering department in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, you will develop, integrate and sustain automation within our production environment. The role involves working with collaborative robots, vision systems, sensors and digital work instructions to enhance product quality and increase production capacity.
You will be part of a small, specialist team delivering step‑change improvements by transforming advanced technologies into robust, operator‑friendly solutions. The position combines hands‑on problem solving with structured implementation, ensuring all new systems are introduced safely, in compliance with aerospace and ER2014 standards, and supported with full documentation for long‑term reliability and scalability.

Education & Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a similar engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
