About Us
We are a Dietetic Department at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, located just under 10 minutes from the M69/M6 interchange. Our team is diverse in skills and experience, comprising nearly seventy Dietitians across Coventry and Rugby Hospitals, with specialties including gastroenterology, critical care, surgery, stroke, major trauma, oncology, renal, diabetes, specialist weight management, paediatrics, and community nutrition support. We also provide student placements to universities in Coventry and Birmingham. Our department actively engages in research and audit, encouraging staff development through courses and training.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our CINNS team to lead patient care upon discharge from stroke rehab units into the community. This is an excellent opportunity to influence care delivery during patients' rehabilitation journey. If you are interested in service development and developing leadership skills, this role is ideal.
Role Details
* Work within our wider community team as part of the CINNS MDT.
* Carry out dietetic assessments, provide nutritional diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
* Manage your own patient caseload, including complex cases.
* Maintain clinical records following trust guidelines.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech & language therapists.
