Deputy Service Manager (Business Support) – NHS Grampian Specialist Sexual and Reproductive Health Services Post 37 hours – office based Permanent The Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join the NHS Grampian Specialist Sexual and Reproductive Health Service as a Deputy Service Manager (Business Support). This diverse and complex service provides high-quality care across multiple outpatient settings and locations throughout NHS Grampian and beyond. The service operates in a fast-paced, high-profile environment that plays a crucial role in the organisation’s overall performance. In this role, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Business Support Management Team. They will lead and manage the Business Support Administrative staff within the Sexual Health Service, take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of several specialties, and play an active role in service improvement, innovation, and change. We are seeking to recruit someone who is highly organised and adaptable, with a proven track record in service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT and people management skills, be confident in interpreting and presenting data, and demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with others.
