Are you looking for a new challenge in the exciting, fast-moving world of digital marketing? Due to phenomenal growth in their digital team, my client is seeking a CRM Automation Manager to join their team. The role requires working in the office 2-3 times a week.
This is a hands-on position, central to their CRM transformation plan. You will use creativity and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy marketing capabilities using CRM technologies such as CDP, ESP, and DAM. The ideal candidate is ambitious and passionate about leveraging data and technology to create personalized, compelling, and valuable interactions with customers. The company offers an agile working policy, allowing face-to-face collaboration as well as remote work.
Your responsibilities include leading the design, development, deployment, and management of engaging customer campaigns focused on retention and conversion, aiming to increase value for both customers and the company. This involves lifecycle, transactional/trigger, and loyalty campaigns.
You will own the design and deployment of these campaigns through personalization and automation, building an operational approach scalable across multiple brands. You will manage the CRM marketing stack to ensure its capabilities are fully utilized to meet marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams, including data and insights, as well as external partners and service providers, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with customer engagement platforms and marketing automation systems, including setting up end-to-end marketing automation data flows. A creative, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, along with a good understanding of marketing stack platforms and data analysis skills, is required.
