This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with prior experience in a Corporate team to take the next step in their career. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting Partners and Legal Advisors, ensuring the smooth progression of corporate matters. Responsibilities include: Liaising with clients and third parties to support case progression Delivering high standards of client care and a first-class client experience Managing a small caseload under supervision Conducting legal research, due diligence and disclosure work Drafting and transcribing letters and legal documents Preparing bundles and supporting transactions Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance team Assisting fee earners in progressing client matters efficiently Managing billing and credit control processes What’s on Offer?
