Our client is looking for a Head of Product & Technology to lead product and engineering organisations. This role will focus on innovation, market expansion, and enhancing digital solutions.
This is an Athens-based role and fluency in Greek is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement a unified product and technology vision.
* Lead and scale the engineering function.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle from development to launch.
* Ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
* Attract, retain, and grow top talent across product management, software engineering, QA, and DevOps.
Qualifications:
* 12+ years in technology and product roles, with at least 5 years in senior management.
