A market-leading Construction team are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their London office. This role focuses on front-end (contracts and transactional) construction work, supporting major UK and international projects.
About the Role
You’ll work with a team recognised for advising on some of the most challenging and innovative projects worldwide. Our clients include construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors and insurers across a range of sectors.
You’ll Advise On:
* Procurement routes and project structuring
* Engineering and construction documentation (consultant appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, security documentation)
* Joint venture agreements
* PFI / PPP documentation
* Alliance agreements
* International projects (preferred, not essential)
About You:
* You will be a 6+ PQE (England & Wales qualified) Lawyer, with a strong front-end construction experience (private practice or in-house)
