The role:
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and coach your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.
What we look for:
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, capable of having meaningful conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards of food, health, and safety compliance.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team, fostering growth and development.
* Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
* Forward-thinking problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions.
