Lead an autonomous, multi‑million‑pound business from day one, building strong relationships with the UK’s largest retailers and driving sales through analytics‑driven strategy and shopper insights.
Location
Weybridge, Surrey – easily reachable from London by regular train services and a free shuttle bus to the head office.
Responsibilities
* Full‑time leadership position in Sales, managing a multi‑million‑pound business from day one.
* Act as the key contact for large retailers, building and maintaining successful relationships.
* Design and execute sales strategies based on data, shopper insights and market understanding.
* Partner with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to stay at the forefront of the industry, always with consumer benefit as the north star.
* Drive category growth and create delight for customers through continuous innovation.

Qualifications
* University degree holder expected to complete studies by Summer 2027 or a recent graduate; ideal start June 2027.
* Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non‑academic pursuits.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong desire to pursue a commercial career at P&G.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and written English skills.
* Valid driver’s licence available from day one of employment.
