We are expanding our bank of Visiting Lecturers for the Law School Academic Team at our Exeter Campus, partnering with The University of Exeter.
Key Details
* Location: Exeter
* Contract Type: Visiting Lecturer Worker Contract (hourly rate)
* Reporting to: Exeter Campus Manager
* Primary duties: Teaching and assessing across the University of Law SQE and conversion courses (PGDL/MAL)
Responsibilities
* Deliver tuition for SQE and conversion courses, covering a range of written and presentation skills.
* Provide individual feedback on students’ performance.
* Mark in‑course assignments and final assessments.
* Support students and handle queries.
* Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor and/or Barrister with practice experience.
* Organised with strong prioritisation skills.
* Confident and articulate presentation abilities.
* Excellent time management and punctuality.
* Ability to work independently for short periods and collaboratively when advice is needed.
