Overview
Regional On Trade Sales Manager (Remote: England, South or Bristol) role at Minor Figures. This position drives growth through key wholesale partners across Bristol and the South, taking ownership of a key region and working closely with wholesale distribution partners to grow On Trade sales and presence in the South of the UK.
You’ll focus on building strong relationships with distributors, supporting them with tools and knowledge to succeed, identifying new opportunities to grow sales across the channel, and spending time in trade supporting key customer accounts to ensure we show up consistently and effectively.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Build and manage strong relationships with key wholesale (route to market) partners to drive growth and simplify supply in your region.
* Align goals with these partners through joint business plans, incentives, and collaborative sales activity.
* Serve as THE face of the Minor Figures brand in your territory.
* Lead the launch of Atomised in Bristol and the South West, securing trials, conversions, and long-term listings, while delivering growth for existing tetra range.
* Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to maintain visibility against targets.
* Take full ownership of the P&L for customers in your region, ensuring strong commercial performance.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align efforts and share insights across teams.
* Contribute to team culture by sharing learnings, supporting teammates, and staying actively engaged.
About You
* You’ll ideally be based in Bristol or nearby in the South West, with good access to your territory and key customers within it.
* You’ll be self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running in your territory, bringing experience working with Wholesale customers and a background in field sales within the On Trade.
* You’ll be a bold, positive force who supports teammates, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is commercially minded with the ability to navigate P&Ls for customers and deliver against targets.
* You must have a UK Driving License.
