Executive Assistant to CEO & CRO
Location: Remote with travel to the offices.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer of a growing, innovative business in the technology and professional services sector. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll work at the heart of the leadership team, helping to drive efficiency, manage priorities, and enable senior executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management, ensuring the CEO and CRO are fully prepared for meetings, travel, and events.
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Coordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and client engagements, including agenda preparation, briefing packs, and follow-up actions.
* Arrange complex international travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
* Support the leadership team with project coordination, reporting, and presentation preparation.
* Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues to keep activities running smoothly.
* Ensure alignment between executive priorities and business objectives.
About You
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite leaders, ideally within a fast-moving, commercial environment (technology, consultancy, or professional services experience advantageous).
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident liaising at board level and with external partners.
* High attention to detail, discretion, and professional integrity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as Teams/Zoom.
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a “can-do” approach.
