Project Support Coordinator - New Milton / Hybrid - up to £28,000
Bond Williams are recruiting a Project Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and compliance support to a busy project delivery team. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly, safely and in line with regulatory requirements, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. The position is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide full administrative support to the Project team, including document control, systems setup and general project coordination.
2. Support project compliance by assisting with Health & Safety documentation, risk assessments, site rules and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and manage follow-up actions.
4. Assist with project setup, monitoring internal processes and maintaining accurate records across project systems.
5. Support procurement and purchasing activity, including supplier coordination, invoice tracking and maintaining databases.
6. Assist with asset management, ordering site materials, clothing and equipment as required.
7. Support project handover processes, including collation of final documentation and aftercare administration.
