Contract Management Support Officer
Location: Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Hours: Full time | Salary: £15.33 p/h
Temporary Contract: 6 Months
A public-sector organisation is seeking a detail-focused Contract Management Support Officer to maintain contract data, ensure compliance with policies and support the use of the new Contract Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and maintain accurate contract data
Record and monitor contract awards in Contract Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS)
Assist with publishing notices and reporting using Excel
Support compliance with procurement and contract policies
Skills & Attributes:
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Understanding of contract management principles
Self-starter, organised, and analytical
Predominantly remote, with occasional on-site attendance in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
