This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Director / Senior Accounting Leader with a strong background in outsourced accounting services to join a forward-thinking firm. The role offers the chance to lead high-profile international accounting projects, drive service innovation, and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth.
As Business Services Finance Director (Accounting), you will:
* Lead and deliver outsourced accounting services to a diverse client portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive business performance.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and expand client offerings.
* Oversee and manage international accounting projects across multiple jurisdictions.
* Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, supporting recruitment and career progression.
To be successful in this Finance Director role, you will:
* Be ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Have a strong background in practice accounting and business services.
* Bring proven experience in outsourcing / client accounting services.
* Demonstrate expertise in team leadership, coaching, and staff development.
* Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Be a proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
