Begg Shoes is recruiting a Sales Advisor for its Kirkwall store to support customers with footwear fitting and in store service. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in good customer service.
The role
* You will welcome customers into the store and assist them in choosing appropriate footwear.
* You will provide fitting advice and product guidance.
* You will operate the till and handle payments accurately.
* You will maintain stock presentation and keep the shop floor tidy.
* You will work as part of a small retail team.
Working pattern
Full time and part time hours are available. Weekend working will form part of the rota.
What we are looking for
* Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential.
* You must be confident speaking with customers.
* You should be reliable and comfortable working on your feet.
* An interest in footwear and fashion would be beneficial.
