What you will do
* Execute and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Search to drive user acquisition and conversion.
* Manage the end-to-end email and push notification strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
* Lead community management efforts across Discord and social channels, fostering engagement and monitoring sentiment among core hobbyist audiences.
The ideal candidate
* Has 3+ years of professional experience managing paid marketing budgets and delivering demonstrable growth through digital advertising.
* Possesses deep technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms to analyze trends and optimize ROI.
