Customer Success / Support Agent
- equal parts problem-solver, communicator, and trusted guide - to help our growing customer base feel confident and supported.
What You'll Do
* Manage onboarding for high-value and complex accounts
* Handle escalations and complex support cases with empathy and precision
* Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and partner with Product & Engineering
* Surface product insights and drive process improvements
* Mentor and support junior teammates, sharing expertise and shaping best practices
What You'll Bring
* Significant SaaS customer success or technical support experience
* Calm, solutions-focused communication under pressure
* Strong troubleshooting skills and technical confidence (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack)
* Ability to quickly master complex platforms and processes
* Self-directed, collaborative, and proactive mindset
* Growth mindset - curious, adaptable, and open to feedback
* Bonus points:
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS start-ups
