At Drive Motor Retail Scarborough, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, and motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems), this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

Your Role
* Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
* Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
* Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
* Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
* Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect).
* Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems.
* Strong customer service and sales skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
* A valid UK driving licence.
