A new opportunity for an Client Support Administrator to join a IFA Practice in Edinburgh City Centre.
Initial Responsibilities:
1. Making client Appointments
2. Opening and franking mail, scanning all relevant documentation to client file and updating back office system
3. Typing up of the Client Factfinds
4. Ensure client data is accurate and up to date on the back office system
5. Dealing with clients and providers over the telephone and email
6. Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA and Company guidelines
7. Preparation of correspondence including general letters and emails
8. General administrative duties such as photocopying and filing
Further Responsibilities After Training:
9. Sending out Letters of Authority to life companies and chase up accordingly
10. Issuing policy documentation
11. Processing withdrawal and surrender requests and chase up accordingly
12. Obtaining values for client reviews and preparing valuation reports
13. Delivering research when requested
14. Processing and chasing of new business, both paper based and online
15. Process fund switches and rebalances
16. Preparing incremental monies and rebalance reports from templates
Requirements:
17. The successful candidate will have at least one year's relevant experience within Financial Services
18. Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential
19. Experience of Intelligent Office desirable but not essential
20. Experience of using Platforms and Provider websites desirable but not essential
